Dr. Negin Sayar, ND is a licensed naturopathic doctor in Ontario and a former medical doctor with a focus on digestive and hormonal health, including conditions such as menopause, PCOS, endometriosis, thyroid issues, IBS, and SIBO. She also accepts pediatric patients for conditions like constipation, cold/flu, digestive issues, and eczema. With extensive clinical experience, she is passionate about bridging the gap between conventional medicine and integrative care to deliver high-quality, personalized, holistic care to her patients.
Driven by a commitment to uncover the root causes of disease, she uses holistic modalities such as lifestyle modification, herbal remedies, supplements, and counseling to support healing. During your initial consultation, we will complete a full health history to assess your current health, health needs, and helpful testing. Your initial visit will be up to 50 minutes. If you have a complex medical history or want more time with your ND, we recommend booking a comprehensive 80-min initial visit.

After booking an appointment, you will receive an email to log in to your patient health portal and complete our online forms. If you prefer to fill out a paper version, please email us to request the forms be emailed to you.
